This will give you some insight on what kind of developer I am.
I think it's very important that you stay in tune with your programming skills even after you have graduated. So, I test some processes that I have learned to see what kinds of programming barriers I can reach and break.Check It Out

Magic is so fun and is a way to relieve stress. It also helps with planning out a method of attack when building a new program.More Magic
When I start at a new place I listen and observe more than I communicate. I do this to get a better understanding of the environment.
In order to be good at presenting I must prep and practice. I make an effort to keep eye contact with the audience.
I am good at writing papers but it generally takes a few drafts until I can get it nicely formatted.
I am creative in the sense that I like to learn as much as I can about a topic and then see what I can change improve.
Sometimes looking beyond what is given allows me to get a better understanding of the issue.
I try to think of all possibilities that could come from a situation/process/choice, so that I can have different perspectives.
Learning is very important to me. I am always looking for a new opportunity.
I believe that everything follows an order of operation. One thing must happen to achieve the next. Which is how I structure my programs.
I look at problems as a challenge of my skills. In the end I either learn something new or enhance my skill set.
If I do not know something I always ask a question or Google the information until I find what I need.
There is always another way to do things and always something new to be discovered.
Conflict management is more than just defusing a situation when it arises, but also seeing it coming and stopping the worst from happening or lessening the outcome of it.
Inspiring people is finding an end that not only you want to achieve but others do to.
I am naturally a shy person but I have learned that when you need to get something done you must be confident in what you say.
I get excited about new tasks because it means I have completed something and that I am one step closer to getting the project done.
Feedback allows us to know what was good with what we did and what we can improve on so we can better ourselves.
One of my motto's for dealing with difficult personalities is to just kill them with kindness and keep smiling.
I will keep trying to get things done no matter how complicated of far fetched they are.

Elias is an Active Memory Information System or AMIS. He learns from the users’ inputs and remembers it. The example here is his communication process, where he learns new responses based off what you say to him. He has built in responses too, but this is a demo version, so it will not be as advanced as the one I have.4/15/2018 / Thyraellis Howard
Elias is an Active Memory Information System or AMIS. He learns from the users’ inputs and remembers it. The example here is his file management process, where he learns what files you would like to view or have prepared throughout your day. For this demo he will take a note and place it on your computer. He does more file managing but this is just a demo.4/15/2018 / Thyraellis Howard
